Vintage: 2020

Yeast: Wild / Indengenuous, capable of fermenting at 2 degrees

Method: Traditional, pressed apple juice is immediately fermented

Fermentation Duration: 4 months 

Tasting Notes: Dry-tasting cider, caramel, peach, lychee whilst maintaining many of the original apple juice flavours that are so often lost in mass production
