With a bespoke orchard, we can hand-pick our apples to provide the essential tannins, acidity and flavours that are needed to craft a truly unique cider.
Tannins are a key component to our blend and they give NØVAR its unique dark amber colour. Our cooler climate allows for the slow growth of our apples, which helps the skins to develop genuinely unique flavours - akin to burnt caramel, honey, lemons, and violets.
From Bottle to Glass
Cider has often been said to have a closer affinity with wine rather than beer. At NØVAR, our "from bottle to glass" design affirms the unique character of cider as an autonomous drinks category.
Our swan neck bottle takes inspiration from the elegance of wine and spirit bottles, while its reduced size brings NØVAR closer to traditional cider and beer designs.
